I had the pleasure of attending the JP Morgan 2012 Global Healthcare conference with the founder of Arineta this past winter in San Francisco. Arineta is a young dynamic company with a mission to provide innovative imaging solutions for improved cardiac care.
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) continues to be the leading cause of death globally and has an enormous impact on public health and the healthcare delivery system.
The company is currently developing a unique CT scanner for diagnostic and therapeutic cardiology applications and on August 17, 2010, a partnership between Arineta and GE Healthcare, a unit of General Electric, was formed. The collaboration will aim to bring Arineta’s futuristic medical technology to market.
